Guest guest
I just made some great squash & had to share... Kathy Jo was kind enough to bring me with her this week for fresh veggies. I bought tiny pumpkin-shaped squash, cream colored w/ green stripes (I don't know what the name of these are, I'm sure someone out there does...) Here's how I made them: Wash, half & seed squash, put cut side down in organic free range chicken broth, bake until easily pierced with fork, 350 oven, about 1/2 hour or so. Add Alvin's awesome raw butter, some agave, sprinkle w/garam masala. Top w/chopped pecans (I soaked & dehydrated these previously) and flame raisens. Everything organic, of course. Yum!!!
