I know this is a trad food group, and not an exercise group, but I'm curious about the views regarding exercise. I'm reading NT and have not stumbled across anything yet, but did read a bit about how unnatural activities such as running are in an excerpt from The Makers Diet. Not concerned with weight here, I just enjoy running. That being said, I could see making a switch to walking if need be. If this is too off topic, please forgive.
