Guest guest
Whoops... Didn't see Becca's e-mail from the 29th talking about the same thing. Has anybody coordinated anything yet? I won't be able to coordinate something by Saturday for the Swap-n-Shop, but if anyone wants to do anything after that, let me know.
Guest guest
I am interested in this as well. Please let me know what the guidelines are for healthy cookies. Meg N Subject: Healthy Christmas Cookie Exchange? Guest guest
I think guidelines for the Healthy Cookie Exchange could be: 1) Anything from the Nourishing Traditions cookbook. or, if altering a favorite recipe 2) Use soaked or spouted grains. 3) Use natural sweeteners, like honey or maple syrup. 4) For sugar substitutes, use stevia or rapadura. 5) Use all organic, natural ingredients. I think we'd need at least 4 people to do this, so would anybody else be interested? We need 2 more...
