Recipe: Spinach Meatballs Makes ~ 15 golf ball size *Ingredients: * Ground beef/turkey 1½ lb Onion powder ½ t Parmesan cheese, grated ¼ c Spinach, frozen-thawed, drained 10 oz Salt ½ t Nutmeg ¼ t Allspice ¼ t Ginger ¼ t Pepper ¼ t Garlic powder ¼ t * * *Assembly Directions:* Mix all ingredients. Form balls. Bake 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until juice clear. * * *Freezing and Cooking Directions:* Freeze in gallon bags. Reheat in either spaghetti sauce, beef broth, or following recipe: 1 c beef broth, 8 oz tomato sauce, ½ c dry red wine, 1 T cornstarch; pour over meatballs, bake 350 degrees, covered, 40-60 minutes.
