Will Medicare COB with Medicare supplemental ins. for 90 day supply of immunos?

I have a patient who is post-tx (8/08) and having problems with

locating a mail order vendor that will fill rx for Prograf and Cellcept

for 90 days and COB as well with Medicare/Medex Gold. Any ideas?
