Water Distiller

I am thinking to buy a water distiller for the supply of drinking and

cooking water in my house.

But I am worried about the type of stainless steel used in the water

distillers.

How can I know if the produced water is not high in Nickel or any other

metals?

When I tested my son's hair for heavy metals, the test showed high

Aluminum and high Nickel, I think the Aluminum came from the drinking

water here in the Arabian gulf (here we depend on sea water

desalination produced from Aluminum factories as the main source of

drinking water) and the Nickel came from cooking in stainless steel

cookware (which I don't know how to replace it).
