Guest guest Posted August 3, 2008 Report Share Posted August 3, 2008 Hi All, Just wanted to remind you of a great summer meal that I made today-tuna nicoise salad. I made it with green beans and new potatoes from the farmer's market, along with hard-boiled farm eggs and dressed it with olive oil, lemon, fresh garlic, anchovies, dijon mustard and some celtic sea salt and pepper.
