Hello everyone, and I am hoping everyone is having a

wonderful holiday season and have a Happy New Year!

I have a question primarily for Bill but I am sure

everyone may wonder, or we may have had this question before and I just don’t

remember. If a patient has a Medicare replacement plan, is this considered a

Medicare transplant on the cost report or is considered a commercial insurance

? Thanks in advance!
