ASTS DonorNet Follow-up surveyDear ,Last year, you spoke with the ASTS Executive Director, Katrina Crist,and facilitated a survey the ASTS was conducting to determine the impactof DonorNet on individual institutions. The feedback formed the basis ofASTS comments submitted to OPTN/UNOS in March 2008 (see attached) andcontinued dialogue. Now that we are over 18 months into the program,the ASTS leadership has asked the Scientific Studies Committee toconduct a follow-up survey to re-evaluate the system with special focuson program size, the impact of high sequence number (previously turneddown) offers and the impact on outcomes.
