Ok, all my BFL guru's out there.....I am on day 2 of week 8. I hear

all kinds of talk in the guestbook about " gearing up " for the finish.

Doing any number of things to accelerate your results in these last 4

weeks. Truthfully, the only reason I would do anything would be to

have a truly awesome " after " picture. It's not like I plan to stop

this way of life when the 12 weeks is over. Anyway, I thought I would

ask for some expert advice on this subject. Should I keep on keepin'

on, or change things up for these last 4 weeks?

CJ,

Unless you are going for the gold on the BFL contest, I would just

keep doing what you are doing. Some of the BFL champs have done WAY

more cardio, etc. than the basic BFL program calls for and not many

people can stick with it. Their results come faster, but " regular "

BFLers will get the same results, it just might take a little longer

than 12 weeks. As long as we get there, that's what really counts,

right?

The results will continue to come over the next 4 weeks, and then you

don't risk burnout or overtraining syndrome by maybe doing too much

cardio, etc. ly, if you like the results you are getting now,

why change it? :) Also, a lot of women doing the BFL 12 week program

see the most changes in the last 4 weeks, sometimes even in the last

2 weeks. Lezlee , one of the champs from the 2000 challenge

said that her body was changing almost *daily* during the last two

weeks of her challenge. Like the old saying goes, " If it ain't

broke, don't fix it! "
