I have a patient that is trying to work with CMS to increase his

disability check. He worked in the US for 18 years and in Germany for 6

years. He says that he is supposed to get disability from Germany as

well and CMS is telling him that they don't know how to handle it.

Apparently the benefits that Germany has applies over here as well. Has

anyone ever had a situation like this.
