Guest guest
A while back I wrote about kefiring cream. I think I now know at least one reason why yours might not get as thick as what I got. I usually use Cedar Summit cream, which is thick, and after kefiring and some refrigeration it gets thick enough to spread. Recently I used some of Castle Rock Dairy's cream, which is thinner to begin with and after kefiring and refrigeration it did not get thick at all. I do not know for sure, but I think that MVV's cream would get thick enough to spread after kefiring. I just thought I'd write and suggest this for a possible reason as I get pretty consistent results with Cedar Summit's cream and my kids were surprised and disappointed when it didn't work one time. Then I realized that the cream was different from what I usually use. Hope this encourages you to try again, if you tried before and didn't get the same results I did. God bless, , the lady in purple, in Oster MN Isaiah 26:3 No God, no peace; Know God, know peace. Peace is such a precious jewel that I would give anything for it but truth.
