Guest guest
Hey there~~~ We'll be open from 12-8 tomorrow at the TFMN buyer's club. Lots of goodies. We're adding some new items and more than excited to be surrounded by such amazing and high quality products. If anyone ever feels like helping out with all of our buyer's club with projects, helping out with stocking, pricing, & /or purchases; sampling off products (this Saturday we'll have some waffles being made by Mark!), we'd love to hear from you! If you want to help out tomorrow, either email me tonight or you can show up tomorrow (we don't have internet access yet at the warehouse so I won't be able to receive emails after I leave my place!). Just as a refresher, here are some of the items that we've got in stock! · Beef, pork, & chicken products · Salmon · Truly raw - soaked and dehydrated almonds (crispy almonds) · Raw almonds · All kinds of the the WAPF recommended Green Pastures Cod Liver Oils and Butter oil. · WAPF-friendly books – Nourishing Traditions Cookbook; Eat Fat, Lose Fat; How to Eat, Move, & Be Healthy, The Whole Soy Story, Full Moon Feast, the WAPF shopping guide · 100% pure maple syrup · Ames honey products · Cheeses, & other dairy products · Lots of eggs · Flaxseed · Dandy Blend (have you ever tried this??? it's a nutritious coffee alternative w/ enormous health benefits!) · A vast assortment of sea salts (if you come by tomorrow, I'll go on and on about the salt bricks if you ask (they're amazing cooking tools!) · Frozen organic sno-pac fruits & veggies · Tropical Bliss Bites (have you tried these yet??? " Yum " doesn't even begin to describe them). · Kombucha · Raspberry Jam · All-natural Body Butter · Sauerkraut · Ice cream · Wild rice (this is new to our collection and I'm hearing amazing things about it!) Mmmmmm, I'll be there tomorrow and I'm looking forward to meeting more of you! Becca :-D
Guest guest
Becca, I have not been able to keep up with all your recent developments this year. Am head-over-heels in production of a wide variety of produce (berries, grapes, melons, veggies, herbs - see attached list). I pretty well work 14-16 hours a day during the season. You may look us up at www.NaturaFarms.com. Barry and Luke Lemmers have both " worked " and/or " partnered " at our farm at one time or another. We are not USDA certified " organic " but work on a " beyond organic " basis and just for those who don't know us are certified by Food Alliance (www.FoodAlliance.org ). Sometimes we have " excess " quality produce, but because of my limitations do not market them at Farmer's Markets (though many have been after us to do so). Do you handle any produce? Would you, Will, or others be interested in partnering with us on some basis? For those who are really hard up, we are also willing to donate some produce. (We are private school owned, so our mission is farming for health and educational, not the bottom line in the first place.). If this interests you in any way, please e-mail me os call me. I live in St. (983 Ashland Ave.) but the farm is about 27 miles NE of downtown, dead center between Hugo, Forest Lake and Marine on St. Croix. - M.
