Guest guest Posted September 23, 2008 Report Share Posted September 23, 2008 We were at the Dar concert last night and she asked for suggestions for restaurants in the Twin Cities that serve locally- grown food. While I didn't get to give the list directly to Dar (too long of a line waiting for her autograph, and we had a babysitter waiting and a train to catch), I did place it safely in the hands of Mullins, who opened the concert for her and seemed very enticed by the prospect of a divine burger at Cesare's. So , you may have some musicians coming your way! Kathy-jo, if you ever make savory pies, you could use the bacon fat in the crust. I'm planning on trying this when I make my potato torte next, since the recipe does actually call for bacon but I usually leave it out.
