No they have been offering summer ppcd for some time now. My child was in the

ppcd program in the dfw area when we lived there. however, you must push the

issue. you really need to look up all the education laws under texas government.

They really helped me out. For a while I didnt realize that I had the final say

so on certain issues. Finally after learning the laws, I just had to stand my

ground and when i started quoting laws that I had wrote down then they started

listening. I will look again for the website for those laws and also try to get

the lawyers name that works probono on these cases. Most of the time all you

have to do is mention his name and they start jumping. He has a reputation of

getting funding frozen until they comply. Give me a day or so and i will get

that info for you.
