Mind (thoughts, feelings, fantasies, desires). Attitudes and behavior's. This should also include those features that you may be afraid of, as well as positive elements. Elements that are not fully accepted are those that provoke negative feelings or tension, or are skipped over. Come back to them; observe what you feel and whether it is justifiable. Imagine how it would feel to accept them.
