Telling other parents your child has special needs

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with writing a LETTER to the

parents of other children in your child's regular education class, either

sharing

your child's diagnosis or just explaining why s/he acts the way s/he does,

why s/he has an aide, and what they and their children can do to be supportive

and understanding. If anyone is willing to e-mail me privately to share a

letter they've written, that would be greatly appreciated. My son is in

kindergarten and his diagnosis is PDD-NOS.
