Guest guest
I have heard that in order for the " vitamin D " in the foods we eat to be useful/active in the body, we have to be exposed to sunlight (thus the uv light). Does anybody know if this could be the meaning behind this discovery? Would drinking milk and then our bodies being exposed to uv light (sunlight) work as well? Dr. Steenbock exposed cow’s milk to ultra violet light and found that a compound called “ergosterol†would immediately convert to vitamin D upon exposure to certain wave lengths of UV light. What brand of gelatin is clean to consume, and where is it available? 2. Why would I want to forego raw dairy products and use soy for an alternative protein source? co
