Gallbladder Removal Diagnosis and Procedure Codes

Hello TFC's

We have a potential kidney donor for her cousin with surgery

scheduled for 12/30. In addition to the nephrectomy she needs her

gallbladder removed at the same time.

Our Transplant Surgeon is scheduled to do both surgeries. I've

already received the Kidney donor authorization from the recipients insurance.

We need to obtain approval from donor's insurance for the gallbladder

removal from the donor insurance. I need to provide codes in order to proceed.
