mandatory mail order for rx

Hi everyone, we have a pt who's EGHP is now secondary to Medicare. The plan mandates use of the mail order benefit for maintenance meds. What's your experience w/leaving Part B out of the picture all together - do you find that plans prevent your patients from using their mail order benefit exclusively when Part B could be primary for the immunos? thanks for any thoughts,
