Guest guest
Here is my scenario: Patient has an AARP Medicare Replacement Plan through Secure Horizons. In addition, Patient also has Medicaid QMB. The question is Why would the patient need a replacement plan if he already has QMB which is coverage for Medicare deductible & coinsurance liabilities for Medicare claims? Did the patient need a replacement plan if he already has the QMB? Should I advise him to switch back to his Traditional Medicare A & B? Any suggestions? By the way, I am in the state of Texas. Thanks!
