How HB 1919 affects insurance coverage?

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed, but I'm curious how to

find out what the changes (if any) will be in my Cigna PPO coverage.

Does anyone know how to figure out which codes will give which benefits

and/or red flags?

In the past, I've always heard to try to not use the autism coding on

insurance b/c it wouldn't be covered, but now I'm wondering if the

legislative changes would actually make it more of a benefit if I

actually did have the providers code services for autism.
