What most concerns me is the " sporatic bites over your body " . Are

these EN nodules or something else? It could be the clue your dr.

needs to find the underlying trigger of your EN. Or are they perhaps

just flea bites?

Since you are standing and working EN may take longer to resolve.

I've experienced the pain from the swelling in the ankle and foot

especially when getting out of bed first thing in the AM. It's from

the pressure of edema. Mine will improve if I get more rest and leg

elevation. I think of that pain as my body telling to me to rest and

stay in bed.

I'm sorry you are under so much stress from your family. Tell others

you are ill and need to get bed rest. This disorder may take longer

than 2 months to improve. It can become chronic. Don't put a time

frame on it. We are all different in why we have EN and how we respond

to meds and other treatments.

Hi Kelley, it's Del Rey. Just received your email about your ankle swelling, and have the same problem being on my feet. Just had a biopsy done last week. Will let you know . what I find interesting about this disease is that a lot of people have had stray cat bites. I had one last December. The other thing is contraceptives. I had a norplant implant break during insertion. I received two years of hormones at once. I became deathly ill. What they don't tell people about the norplant is that it contains silicone. I asked my doctor to test for that. I hope you getto feeling better soon.
