Another question - does anyone know of a local stone-using mill where I

could bring a sack of wheat to be ground? I only have a painfully

inadequate home mill, I can't afford to upgrade right now, & i need to mill

at least 10 lbs of flour. alternately, if anyone has a more efficient flour

mill i'd love to discuss barter for the ability to grind up 10 lbs in the

next few days...

Thank you!!
