I have been contacted by a news reporter in the Texas area looking for

information on the following. If you know of this happening or it has

happened to you - would you email me privately off the lists (several I am

on digest and won't get your response for a while?) Email me directly at

amy.sosa@...

1 - Have you heard of any cases in which the parent(s) of a child in special

education were investigated by CPS? Cases where a district called CPS on

the parent(s)? If so, have you heard of this happening often or more so

than you would think?

Please let me know so that I can get this information to the reporter and if

you want your email forwarded to her and if you wish to remain anonymous.

Considering this issue I believe that she could protect your identity and

family. Again, do not email me on the list for reasons of anonymity and I

may not get it timely.

Thanks so much,

Amy
