I worked at a Adults Autism Program in a Vocational Setting In a

Warehouse and I also pulled overtime working in there Residentaly

houses. On Sept 9 1999 A man with Autism and bad Behavioral outburst Ran

after me and Ran his head into my Back. Imagine a football player

Tackle like that. It blew out my Disc and gave me Disabiltating Nerve

pain in left leg. Since then I had 10 Steriod Injection in 3 years A

IDET Surgery which falied And a Anterior Lumbar Fusion. Which helped

allitle but did nothing for my Nerve pain. The Orthopedic Doctor who Did

Surgery was Frustrated. So i went to pain clinic I am there Today. I

have a Spinal Cord Stimulator now. and Considerine Morphine pump. I am

On Workers Comp been off work since date of Injury. I live in Delaware.

I am Blessed to been treated good by Workers Comp as far as Sending me

my paychecks and paying medical bills. BUT why do I fell like atthe end

when I am at medical maxium improvement that i will get cheated I feel

like no money they could offer me would do me justice? I am Married

with 2 boys under 9 years old I live in a 2 bedroom Apartment ride a old

car. IF i was working I own a House better off. This whole mess has

Strained my Marriage. And my life Cant play with my boys like a dad

should. Only think that help me was Jesus Christ my Saviour. When i have

no Strenght he gave me overcoming Faith love and a Joy. well I had to
