Hi:

I apologize about my posting of the misinformation about Autism the Sky is

falling. Another list I'm on posted a number of references to Autism the Sky is

falling, last year. Sooo, I just assumed it was the same type conference held

last year, and SpEd attorney Nona Mathews participated. If she didn't, please

correct me again. Also, there was no mention on the list that The Sky is Falling

happened in 2001; I just looked back at some of the old posts, no dates were

mentioned. I wasn't ware of T-CASE until recently. I want to say Thank You to

for correcting me and filling me in on the details; it's much

appreciated.

No, it wasn't last year. The Sky is Falling skit was performed

In 2001 at a Texas Coucil of Administrators of Special Educator's

(otherwise known as T-CASE) summer

Leadership conference. Interestingly enough, one of the

Women who acted in it worked as an attorney for Walsh

-she was the attorney who represented the

District against the Sosa family. The other one was a

Special ed director for Lake last year.
