Guest guest
That may be true enough, Pat. What I'm trying to find out is how to define " conditioning " . Can't find the word in either of my dictionaries. I've read and heard so often that certain oils will give soap a conditioning lather, but really I haven't a clue what is meant by that. Does anyone? Guest guest
Sue, This is a term that can mean just about anything that you want it to mean. There is no standard definition that can apply to all uses of the term in personal care products.
