Guest guest Posted December 26, 2008 Report Share Posted December 26, 2008 I have a Cuisinart this is the recipe we use, it's delicious. 2 large farm fresh eggs 2/3 cup sugar (can sub Maple Syrup) blend until creamy then add 2 cups fresh cream 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup milk homemade ice cream recipe anyone have a good one to share? We have a kitchen aid maker... > > > Hi Kathy Jo- My son and I made some delicious peppermint w/ choc chip ice cream the other night. equal parts real milk and cream, approx 3/4 c organic sugar, organic peppermint extract to taste, a spoonfulof vanilla extract, add the crushed choclate when the ice cream is to " soft serve " consistency.
