Yum yum, my first batch of kefir turned out; it took three days to get it thick

enough; perhaps my kitchen is too cold.  I blended it with fresh raspberries,

vanilla and the only sweetener I had, which was maple syrup. It was so

delicious, I drank it down all at once.  My second batch is in the oven.  Thank

you Kathy-jo and eveyone who wrote in with suggestions.
