meatball recipe, page 361 Nourishing Traditions.? If you can get some lamb from

Lighthouse farms they will be so delicious people will be weeping.? has a

delivery scheduled to the Twin Cities soon, but I don't know what is inventory

is for lamb.? Second, the Wedge makes the most totally delicious Swedish

meatballs I have ever tasted, bare none.? I know they share recipes, the deli

manager is so great,?and you could follow it using of course your own

ingrediants.? Good Luck
