Hey Ya'll...I just wanted to let you know...I am gonna try to stop

smoking...

I am starting with the NicoDerm CQ patch, Step 1.

Please keep me in your thoughts as I endeavor to quit a bad habit I

have had for almost 20 yrs.

I want to stop, for ME.

Yes, I am being " selfish " , but it's mostly for my better health.

I feel once I stop completely, I will have less health problems, and

won't have such a bad time in the winter.

Anyhow...please keep me in your thoughts as tomorrow comes around.

(Prayers are Very welcomed, too!!! And, needed!)
