Guest guest
Sorry, I didn't know what else to put for the title. Anyway my question is: Is the effect of armour sublingually the same as taking it between my gums and lip? The reason I'm asking is because underneath my tongue where I put the armour is swollen and I'm not sure if the armour is causing it. Today I decided to move the armour between my gums and lip to see if the swelling goes down. Yvette
Guest guest
I have had no problems using the sublingual method. Maybe someone else will know something. Guest guest
Yvette, I actually had a problem this week. I’ve been taking my Armour sublingually for the last 3 months with no issues until now. I took my afternoon dose 5 days ago and fell asleep. I woke up 20 minutes later and the pills had not dissolved very much and where they were became very sore. This happened again yesterday morning. I took my pills and fell asleep and again the spot was sore. I have taken my other doses sublingually and had no problem since usually I do not nap or go back to bed. I think that when I fall asleep I stop making saliva and hence lies the problem. Guest guest
I've done that also. Maybe I'm leaving it under my tongue too long. The swelling is almost gone now, so I'll move the armour back under my tongue tomorrow. Yvette > > Yvette, > > > > I actually had a problem this week. Guest guest
Yvette, Buccal (between the check and gums) is just as effective. Some people choose it over sublingual since the tablet dissolves at a slower rate. http://www.healthline.com/galecontent/sublingual-and-buccal-medication-administration From: Marcie Anyway my question is: Is the effect of armour sublingually the same as taking it between my gums and lip?
