Knowing that change is coming in any situation helps me deal with what is currently inviting me to major stress. Thank you for the Audrey Hepburn piece. I'm going to share it with several of my friends. Thank you for the refresher course in Relaxation. I have been using that technique for many years. Right now I'm in Arizona visiting and watching my mom. I'm having the " luxury " problem of lower temperatures than I expected and borrowing jackets, sweaters and gloves from my sister.
