" argument, which is pretty much Proven to be illegal under IDEA. The real question is how far are you willing to go to fight it???? TEA Complaint? Administrative complaint (this would be an Ethical violation where an administrator is knowingly putting your Child at risk by denying services without which he will regress) Due process?? Sometimes, if you research and find a summer Program, you can present it to the school by saying " Oh, well Since you don't have a program, I would like you to pay for This one instead.
