Guest guest
> <<I was given a perscription for Ambien 10 mg. to help > me sleep. >> HI - I too take Ambien 10 mg. I found out you can cut them in half or thirds for decreased dosage. I definitely don't feel groggy like I did with Elavil and Remeron. However, I also take oxycontin 20 mg. A few weeks ago I took the Ambien with the oxycontin like my doctor told me too. Within a few minutes, everything turned purple and I had problems breathing. It was a reaction so I have decreased my dosage. Margaret

It has been a struggle dealing with this for sure. I'll tell all of you a sort of funny thing that happened to me on the way back from my trip to Michigan to see my daughters and grandkids. It wasn't funny at the time but I know I must of looked like a fool in front of all the people at the rest area we had stopped at. I had gone to the restroom in a rest area and upon coming out I decided to get some bottled water for my puppies who were with my wife and I. I got the water and preceeded to walk back to the car. I cut across a piece of grass and didn't see a low hanging tree limb. Well, I ran smack into it with the top of my head and of course I hit the ground on my butt. I just sat there for a moment trying to get my wits back after smacking that tree. Good thing I have a hard head! Yes, it did hurt and it didn't do my back any good either. The first thing I thought of was how I must of looked to everyone in their cars or outside at the time seeing me walk straight into that limb. I laugh at it now but I can tell you I cussed that damn anesthetist up and down on the way back to the car. It is very difficult to deal with this but I'm trying my best to do so. I hate it though I have to admit. I have an attorney so to speak working on a suit against the anesthetist. He is suppose to be getting a professional opinion of which I had to pay for with borrowed money. I find out the joker hasn't even done it yet. The opinion that is and that this guy I thought was my lawyer informed me he really wasn't my lawyer so to speak as yet until they get the opinion back and if its in my favor. We had spoken to him at the beginning about doing this on a contingency basis and he agreed that day but now it seems he wants to charge me. He had even told me he would consider fronting the money to do the lawsuit if the opinion was in my favor but came back at me this last week about doing a fee schedule. I'm about pissed about that. I paid out 1200 bucks and this jerk is now telling me he really isn't my attorney yet? He hasn't even checked with this doctor to find out why he hasn't done the opinion yet. Guess I'll have to do that myself. Better stop now or I'll go off here. I do appreciate your thoughts and thank you for them.
