Guest guest Posted June 8, 2008 Report Share Posted June 8, 2008 Hey Ladies, Does anyone else have this problem? I've started working out. At least 45 minutes a day for 12 days straight. Haven't been eating any more than usual, less if anything. Drinking lots of water... I've gained 5 pounds in a week! I'm furious!! This is the heaviest I've been in over a year. I don't know what is happening. I'm doing about 30-45 minutes of aerobics and 20-30 minutes of either yoga or weight training. I didn't expect to lose a lot fast, but I'm certainly shocked that I've gained! Good thing I'm not on the Biggest Loser! Take care, Kim J.
