Give that gift to yourself on the beautiful Monday If you wish... How.... Light a candle.. Play some soft relaxing music Get comfortable Close your eyes Do some deep breaths.. In through your nose..slowly... Hold in...allow your breath to gather some of that stuff Then release it slowly.... Thank the teachers...bless the lessons Recognize them Love yourself Release it..say I release this.... Do this 7 times...not all the breaths have to hold your Stuff..allow that last ones to lower your blood pressure Ease your heart rate...relax you Picture something you love..not a person.. Continue to bring your mind back to it, as it will go in many directions Bring it back to this place/thought of peace Be still....be still...be still Allow yourself to feel love, especially for yourself And remember how great you are What a light you are in this world How much you are loved All of this in about 10-20 mins Then bring yourself back to now Move your shoulders gently...stretch your fingers... And your legs.. Open your eyes slowly.. Hey there.. I try to do this everyday... For myself Sometimes emotions come..
