Guest guest
Awww...educators aren't the enemy! Most of us really want the best for our students. I wish I could go to this conference. I think it's important for teachers to know to make sure that they are in compliance with the law. I'll have to see if they have this conference available next year. Thanks for the information! Guest guest
Very sad the " spin " they are giving to a subject that is so important to our kids. I find it offensive that they even market such a serious topic with a " humor " tag line. I'm sure cancer survivors everywhere would just love it if health-care professionals got to take a course making light of the high cancer rate, the huge expenses involved and how to get around it. I've heard about these types of courses for school districts - just never had the stomach to actually look into one yet. 14th Annual Legal Conference for Educators - February 28! To: edservices@... Guest guest
Well, that doesn't sound good. I signed up for their newsletter. Hopefully it will have some good information. After taking a course on SPED law during the last semester of my Master's degree program, I've been wanting to learn more about the topic. Caldwell, M.Ed. Guest guest
I just noticed the link didn't post accurately, so I'm reposting it. I hope it works. I think last year they put on Chicken Little The Sky is Falling skit at one of their conferences. We are paying for this garbage with our tax dollars.
