Thank you so much for this post Lara!

I have read this book many times and find new and very helpful

ways of resolving past issues. My father was an alcoholic and it was

very hard to grow up with a person whom one second showed so much

love and then was soooooo angry. I walked on eggshells before I

moved out. I have since forgiven my father for it was his past

experiences where his loss was passed on to me and my 2 siblings, but

we have stopped that circle of alcoholism and also sexual abuse. I

did find it once or twice horrific to look back at some instances,

for I felt like that 4 year old and felt the old feelings but had a

great therapist whom helped me work through much of that old fear.

Thank you for sharing this post. I ask that anyone whom feels this

message I have written resonates with them, there are many loving

people in our family that I know would love to help on a more

clinical level. And as Always, I am here for anyone whom would like

to chat, whether here or you can email me. Please do not hesitate.

It is a hard road to walk alone and I have so many people here whom

care for me and I feel overwhelmed with their love. My address is

lunanighthawk@..., as it is above, it used to be

ladymoonwhispers but I goofed and had to get a new address, hehe

Thank you for letting me share with you, and again thank you for this

post! Love and light, LUNA
