Thank you, I have feeling very " retro-tizzy " as you called

it, hehe It seems like my world is literally exploding with emotions

and past/present/future thoughts are colliding. I am having trouble

concentrating on one thing, so I have to practice Now mindfulness or

3 seconds later I forget what I was about to do for my head is so

full of things. WOW! I do see this as a positive shift, it is just

at times when I am " in it " I feel a bit overwhelmed. Thus, more Now
