Just had a super easy fall meal too good not to share:

Crock pot chicken - cooked all day from frozen solid. Just add at bit

of salt and garlic and walk away! We get ours from Sunshine Harvest

Farms. They are FABULOUS! Always tender and juicy! Then, I oven

roasted some sweet potatoes, onion, apple, walnut, and kale. Chopped

them all up drowned it all in about 1/3 c. coconut oil. Added some

salt, garlic, cayenne, cardamom, cinnamon, and grade b maple syrup.

Tossed it in the oven for about 1/2 hour. Sweet, salty, & savory!

Served it up with some crusty artisianal bread and raw butter from

Waldorf. Our only regret is that there aren't ANY leftovers! :(
