Past tests have shown the thirty-something range on test day with no

supplementation; at which time(s) I was taking none to 2,000/alternate

days. Last November the test showed 50 with 2,000/alternate days and

using supplementation on test day.

A few weeks ago, I increased my vitamin D intake from 2,000 every

alternate day to 2,000 to 4,000 every morning. Recent blood test

result showed 44 (did not take any supplements on the blood test day,

which was late afternoon; so basically 36 hours since a dose).

Probably should have taken the dose before test to determine how high

it gets instead of how low it goes without supplementation on test day.

Looks like I can increase my intake as you people have testified about

yourselves. I'll test again in two months to use caution.
