and all,

I wish that I could be there to discuss the

GAPS diet with you guys. But I just got

back from the Twin Cities not too long ago.

My family & I have been on the GAPS diet

or some form of it for almost a year.

I will be back in the cities from the 23rd

thru probably the 28th or so. I would be

happy to find time to get together with you

guys then if you want.
