Guest guest
I was almost home from picking up a kefir mushroom (?) when I remembered my milk is all in the freezer. The only milk I have thawed has been sitting in my fridge for 5ish weeks as we have been off of dairy. It smells sour, looks lumpy and air escaped when I opened it to check it out, but it doesn't look spoiled. (It is raw.) Can I use it or should I start begging my raw milk friends for a cup of milk until my milk thaws? Thanks!!! , rookie kefir maker
