Gov. signed bill for autism coverage - where can I find this?

Does anyone have a link to the actual bill that was passed for

insurance companies to cover autism? We are in a fight with the

insurance company after spending over $13,000 out of pocket last year

and would like to be able to send them a copy of the new bill that was

passed last June.
