Kate Nowak has established the website www.bettertobless.com with the purpose of spreading the gentle art of blessing throughout the world. I agree with her that when we constantly bless people, things, circumstances and everything around us, we make a dramatic and positive impact on our lives and our world. Through her website, she has initiated many blessing projects and experiments and one of this is the 90-day Blessing Experiment.

Right now, there are just over 4,500 members participating in the experiment. According to many scientists, if as few as 8,000 join together with the intention of making a difference, profound transformations on a global scale are possible. While 8,000 seems like a small number when you consider that our world has over six billion inhabitants, it is still almost double the number that are currently participating.
