DISTRICTS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE DATA TO BACK UP CLAIMS?

Is this just a figment of my imagination or do I actually remember

correctly that a recent law change now requires school districts to

provide peer-reviewd data when suggesting services...? And if so does

that actually mean that rather hitting parents with their standard " 10

sessions of speech services per 6 weeks blah blah blah... " they

actually have to provide some statistics that this approach works?!?!?
