overcoming anger is difficult, councilling doesn't help much for that

because it highlights the injustice of the situation you made it

through. I think the point might be to show your strength in adverse

conditions. I end up using my anger as a challange to prove my skills

or prove another's opinion of me wrong. It never changes the other

person but over time I feel that at least I have used my bad situation

to make a better choice over time. All that being said it all

still " bites " deragatory connotation
