I need help.....i joined weight watchers & I had lost 13.6lbs in abou month &

ahalf-2months....then I started incorporated exercise 4wks ago & I gained the

first week,which I figured wasn & #39;t a big deal cuz of exercising....but now

the following 3wks I continually gained!! I figured by now I wouldve lost more

weight since I was exercising & still staying w/in my points! Now I & #39;m down

2 only having lost 10lbs!! They suggested I contact my doc to see if perhaps my

meds needed to be adjusted since I had lost almost 15lbs & he said for me to

wait til Aug for my bld test...but what if I contunue gaining @ each WW meeting

from now til then!! My weigh-in is tomorrow morning @ 8:30 & I & #39;m already in

tears cuz I know I probably gained again & it & #39;s frustrating the HECK out of

me....iI feel like just giving up!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
