Guest guest Posted July 5, 2008 Report Share Posted July 5, 2008 I need help.....i joined weight watchers & I had lost 13.6lbs in abou month & ahalf-2months....then I started incorporated exercise 4wks ago & I gained the first week,which I figured wasn & #39;t a big deal cuz of exercising....but now the following 3wks I continually gained!! I figured by now I wouldve lost more weight since I was exercising & still staying w/in my points! Now I & #39;m down 2 only having lost 10lbs!! They suggested I contact my doc to see if perhaps my meds needed to be adjusted since I had lost almost 15lbs & he said for me to wait til Aug for my bld test...but what if I contunue gaining @ each WW meeting from now til then!! My weigh-in is tomorrow morning @ 8:30 & I & #39;m already in tears cuz I know I probably gained again & it & #39;s frustrating the HECK out of me....iI feel like just giving up!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
